Returns for your own account

Track & trace codes

All our packages, with the exception of letter post, are sent with a track & trace code. After your package has been delivered to the postal provider, you will receive a track & trace code by e-mail. This allows you to keep an eye on when the package is delivered to your home. In the unlikely event that you are not at home, the package will be delivered to the neighbors or to a parcel point, so that you can collect it yourself.

Delivery

Your order will be processed within 24 hours and shipped within 1 working days. Our products are printed to order, so it can sometimes happen that the delivery time differs by 12 hours. If you order after 12:00 and still need an item urgently, you can contact us at any time via the contact form or send an e-mail to info@trippinballs.nl

For every order, delivery is only made after receipt of payment. All orders are offered at the delivery address specified by you. Trippin Balls uses the shortest possible delivery times and will therefore do everything in its power to have the ordered items delivered to you as soon as possible. All in stock items will be delivered to your home within 1 to 2 working days after receipt of your payment.

When the package is shipped, you will receive an email from Trippin Balls with the confirmation of the shipment. No rights can be derived from the stated and stated delivery times. Moreover, the stated delivery times cannot lead to any form of liability. The utmost care and attention is paid to the sending of the articles. All our products are carefully checked and packed well before shipping. We are not liable for delays in delivery times that arise during or arise from the transport of your order by PostNL or DHL.

How to return?

Send the products back within fourteen days of receipt, together with the return form *.

Note: personalized products, F * ck Ups, Discount products can NOT be returned!

As soon as we receive the return shipment, we will process it within 5 working days and refund the amount paid for the returned products to the account used for payment.

We usually send our packages with DHL or PostNL, but you can always choose your own carrier for returns.

The return costs are for your own account.

Returns

You have the right to invoke the right of withdrawal within 14 days, after which you have 14 days to return the articles delivered by TRIPPIN BALLS (with the exception of personalized products, F * ck Ups, Discount products)

to return under the following conditions: The right of return only applies to items that are in their original condition and have the original packaging, including a copy of the original invoice.

Please enclose the fully completed return form on the right.

The shipping costs of the return shipment will be borne by the buyer at all times.

The costs for unstamped or insufficiently stamped returns will be deducted from your refund.

If the above regulations are complied with when returning the articles, Trippin Balls will pay you the amount (any other costs due to, for example, damage) within 5 - 14 working days after receipt of the products.

Trippin Balls reserves the right to refuse returned items or to return only a portion of the amount if it is suspected that the item has been used, washed incorrectly or intentionally damaged.

If the delivered items are not returned within the period of 14 days, the shipment has been accepted by you. A defective product received must be reported by e-mail to info@trippinbals.nl immediately upon receipt.

Incorrect delivery.

When placing your order, you must ensure correct order information.

You are expected to check this information for correctness with every order and to adjust it where necessary.

Trippin Balls cannot be held liable for delivery of the order to an incorrect address, if this is the result of typing errors and / or the customer filling in incorrect data.

Didn't receive an order?

Our letterbox mail is shipped with Track & Trace.

When it indicates that it has been delivered, we assume that this is also the case

The same applies to our packages that do not fit through the letterbox.

These packages are shipped with track & trace.

When this track & trace indicates that it is concerned, we also assume that this is the case.

Trippin Balls is not responsible for lost packages unless the track & trace does not indicate a delivery status.

If the latter is the case, we recommend that you contact us within 48 hours.

RETOURFORMULIER

Ben je toch niet helemaal tevreden met je T-shirt of Hoodie?

Dan kun je deze binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van je bestelling samen met dit formulier retour sturen.

Retourneren is simpel. Stuur de producten inclusief dit formulier in de als het mogelijk is originele doos naar het onderstaande adres:

De kosten voor retourneren zijn voor eigen rekening. Let op: gepersonaliseerde producten, F*ck Ups, Korting producten kunnen niet worden geretourneerd.

Wanneer je retourzending bij ons binnen is gekomen ontvang je zo snel mogelijk het geld terug op je rekening. ( mits voldoende gefrankeerd )
